How long does a Photo Session last?
Well, the images will lasts forever (lol), but the session itself can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours (seriously). Why would it take that long, you may ask; most of the kids we photograph are not professional models, that being said, this may be the only professional photo session they may experience in their lives, apart maybe when they get married, and even then, they will have to share the spotlight with their significant other (ugh, lol). So we choose to just walk around and have fun with the kids and families, for as long as we need, to create a comfortable and pressure free environment, while creating beautiful and genuine moments everyone will actually remember and cherish.
What should we wear?
The kids should bring everything they have in their closet, OK, maybe not everything, but bring a lot, 10 outfit changes if possible. We like to shoot creative shots and for that we need variety, also, if eventually you decide you don’t like one of the outfits there are still 9 other choices. Parents should bring 2 outfits.
What are the best locations for our session?
It depends on where you live and how far you’d like to travel. We can start at your home if you’d like and move to a different location eventually, or just meet at a location of your choice. We can have a Zoom meeting a week or two prior to our session where we can show you some of the sessions we’ve done and give you some ideas for locations (and even outfits). We can also go to a favorite location of yours if you want, we just have to make sure we have all the permits necessary to shoot there, if required.
