On the day of the event:
It is advised for the family to arrive one hour prior to the event in order to capture some formal/family photographs. This will allow us to include extended family members, particularly those who have traveled a long distance to attend. While our formal sessions typically do not last an hour, we aim to allocate extra time in case of delays. Additionally, we want to avoid inconveniencing you in case some of your guests arrive early.
What types of images can we expect?
We capture a wide range of moments. Our process typically involves arriving an hour prior to the family’s arrival to capture shots of the room decor and other details. Subsequently, we document the family, extended family, guests arriving, cocktail hour, presentations, guests and family entering the main room, dances, grand entrances, hamotzi, hora, speeches, montage reactions, child/parent dance, activities/games, essentially, every aspect of your event.
After the event:
Following our careful selection process (eliminating any blurry or less than perfect shots), the photographs captured at your event will be forwarded to our editors with a turnaround time of two weeks. Subsequently, you will be provided with a link to access your gallery, allowing you to download all images in high resolution format, free from watermarks, for a period of one year. Our designers will also provide you with a digital sample album design, and we will collaborate with you to select your favorite moments before finalizing the physical album design for printing.
